How do I place an order?
Add your items to cart, click on checkout, put in relevant payment and contact details. You’re all set.

What are the payment gateways on the website?
We use third-party payment gateways, PayPal and RazorPay. 

What cards can I use for payment?
You can use all major international credit and debit cards. You can also use local Indian credit and debit cards through our RuPay gateway. 

Can I cancel my order once I’ve paid for it?
As of now, this option is not available.

How do I know my order has been confirmed?
You will receive an email confirming the purchase within 24 hours of the transaction.

How long will the order take to reach me?
Your order will take 5-7 days from the date of shipping to reach you.

If the T is on ‘pre-order’ how long will it take to reach me?
We print our Ts according to the orders to reduce fabric and ink waste. Each campaign is different, but we wait till a certain number of orders to go into production. The estimated shipping date of each T will be listed on the SHOP.

How do I know my order has been shipped?
You’ll get an email from Shiprocket confirming dispatch with a tracking number.

What are the hygiene standards maintained in the product cycle? 
We wash the t-shirts once before printing and then dry clean them once after printing. They are then steam ironed and packed into our WIP boxes. These boxes are stored in a frequently sanitised warehouse. 
Our delivery partners are all vetted and make sure that their riders wear masks and gloves while handling and delivering the boxes. 

 

 

How does the donation system work?
While buying the t-shirt you can read how much of the profit % from its sale will be donated on the product page

After donating the amount we will send you proof of donation via email within 2-4 weeks of purchase. Thank you for supporting the community!


Are you charging me customs for my order?
We do not charge customs, but your country’s postal service might. Please have a look into this to ensure there are no surprises. 

How do I find out the status of my order?
The third-party shipping company will send you a tracking ID through text message and email, which you can then plug into their official website.

Can I exchange my order?
At the moment, we are not entertaining exchanges.

Can I return my order?
We don’t take returns. But, if you really feel like you’ve got the wrong size or there’s something wrong with your order you can get in touch with us at hello@austerwip.com. We will do our best to sort this out for you. To avoid this, please check out the sizing chart in detail and pick the size that works best for you. 

Who do I get in touch with if my order hasn’t reached or if there is a defect in it?
Please email us at hello@austerwip.com in case of any concerns with your order.

How will refunds be processed?
In the rare case of a refund, we request you to send us your account details. We will process the refund within 5-7 working days. The refund will include the original product price without the shipping cost.
